    We render services of official registration of real estate properties situated in Moscow and transactions with such properties in Moscow:
    - Registration of sale-purchase contracts;

    Please note that contracts (other than rent contracts) may be submitted to registration authorities as written and uncertified, however, to be sure the process will be conducted successfully, we recommend to notarize them beforehand.

    2. Opinion on documents provided by client concerning their compliance with requirements of laws and provisions of registration authorities effective for the time being, with recommendations as to elimination of revealed contraventions and discrepancies.
    3. Drawing up a contract as written and uncertified (previous contract, if necessary), consultation on material clauses of the contract.
    4. Preparation of documents to be submitted to Bureau of Supervision over Real Property Condition, Service Dept., District Authority etc.
    5. Correct preparation of applications to be submitted to official registration.
    6. Submission of Clients documents to Moscow Head Directorate of Federal Registration Authority.
    7. Control over progress of Clients documents in all stages of registration and consultations on elimination of defects revealed in the course of registration.

    Documents necessary for drawing up a contract as written and uncertified.

    1. Identity card (passport).
    2. Statutory documents and extract from Unified Official Registry of Companies if a company is a party to the transaction.
    3. Power of Attorney if attorneys are a party to the transaction (or temporary presence of the proprietor takes place).
    4. Identity of a guardian or adopter, and a resolution of appointment of a guardian if the same is a party to the transaction.
    5. Title documents (a contract, certificate etc).
    6. Explication.
    7. Floor plan.
    8. Certificate issued by Bureau of Supervision over Real Property Condition as of evaluation.
    9. Extract from House Register.
    10. Original of a permission issued by guardianship authorities (in case minors reside (resided) in or are proprietors of the apartment (room).
    11. Notarized declarations of spouses consenting the transaction:
    - For the purchaser in case the purchaser is married;
    - For the vendor in case the vendor was married at the date of the apartment (room) was purchased (in case he/she purchased the apartment (room) for money).
    12. Transfer Report of the previous transaction (if the apartment (room) was purchased under a sale-purchase contact or exchange contract).
    13. Certificate issued by taxation authorities of no debts as to the granting/bequeathal tax (in case the apartment (room) was purchased under a granting/bequeathal contract).
    14. Photocopies of the above-mentioned documents .
